Rita Eissmann is very good at figuring out what a client is looking for and then meeting their expectations, from Property Easements to Environmental Soils reports, her knowledge of all things real estate is truly amazing. I have worked with Rita on a sale of my primary residence a year or so ago (that went very smoothly thanks to her thinking “out of the box”), and was in need of just the “right” agent to sell some raw land that I knew was going to be a challenge. She was more than up to the task. She got not just one of the properties sold, but all three (two in a package deal). Rita isn’t shy to admit when she might not know an answer, and has this amazing ability to find the best answer/solution to the current issue. Numerous times Rita had many things handled before they became a bigger concern, thinking a few steps ahead and attending to the issue before it was apparent it even needed addressing. I also like having the “Ferrari-Lund Team’s” incredible support. They’re all so willing to help each other out and take time from their busy schedules to provide support. It’s so refreshing to see an agency that has team members that get along so well, and go out of their way to help each other. I value Rita’s real estate expertise so much, I’m actively looking at selling more properties with her, knowing how streamlined the process will be.
